This is how the states will lose what little remaining independence they have from Washington... a bailout loan with strings attached. You're a sheep if you think that. Small business owners are the one group that stands to get screwed the most over Obama's tax plan. You want to keep this economy on the spiral downward, increase windfall profit taxes on corporations, increase taxes on small businesses and increase the capital gains tax--all are part of Obama's tax plan.
