Listen, I'm not a fan of her...but this is really misleading. NO Government employee pays taxes on per diem. Why would anyone travel for work, if they are going to get further taxed for reimbursements that they never would have incurred otherwise? Per diem is WORK TRAVEL, and should not and never is taxable. And yes, family can travel with you if its deemed necessary (ie, care for kids...etc). This dude has no clue what the Government travel regs are...buried for being stupid...
It should, after what he's done to our country.

it isn't like that at all because the original arrest was made based on constitutionally valid evidence. this is more like getting a fake search warrant for illegal weapons and finding drugs while you were there. if you don't have a legitimate reason to find something illegal you don't have a legitimate reason to use something unrelated in that search
Does anyone know if thus will work with the new Apple earbuds for the iPod Touch that has the mic?
Realistically RPMs have little to do with mpg....It is mainly your throttle position. I have a manual and I could be floored in 5th going 25mph and be under 1,000RPM. I have a ScanGauge that reads my mpg and I found that the higher RPMs uphill gets you better mpg than lower RPMs. This is due to the engine load be lighter in the lower gear, just like on a bicycle, so your throttle position is at a lower percentage.
If we do not suppress the evidence, then what incentive will law enforcement agencies have to keep accurate databases?
