Except for that whole "probing-the-video-hardware-every-CPU-cycle" thing, OS X has almost identical (at least, in effect) DRM implementations to those in Windows Vista. They are, as with any Apple product, nicely subtle.

It was caused by a Banner Add they had at the top......read about it in their forum........never had a problem with it
