It's funny they mention what the University of Houston is doing. The entire campus is off-grid, instead using generators (not sure if they're natural gas or petroleum) for power. Tuition was getting absurd when I graduated last year. A few extra buses is really the least they can do to ease students' pain. And they just pass that cost along to the students, too. I'm sure they aren't the only ones, though.

There are of course bars, clubs and restaurants that sell alcohol to their patrons.
