I could solve this problem in two easy steps..First, give everyone one month to get to thier local DMV and show proof of legal residency. Anyone who can't do this has one week to leave or it's the firing squad..I repeat, up against the wall one large caliber round to the head. Do not waste prison space on these people. That would free up billions of dollars in entitlement benefits. Second, legalize Marijuana and some other recreational drugs and make them available to anyone over 21 years old at pharmacies. Tax the hell out of these drugs. California would make 20 billion dollars in six months guaranteed. Three, take some of those billions and start rebuilding the infrastructure. JOBS, JOBS, JOBS for the people. Problem solved. You see, California makes it's own problems by letting right wing moralistic bigots run the show. So suffer you dummies.

I totally disagree with the article because first of all women who wear the niqab, hijab or burqah, wear it when they leave their homes. When they are at home, they can wear what ever is considered modest which differs depending on where they're from. There are also different degrees to which some women cover ranging from just one eye uncovered to face and hands. The thing that I have personally noticed in Islamic countries is that, where there is more modesty, you tend to hear of no rapes or domestic violence.
