The only major frustration that I've ever had with Linux is the software-compatibility issue, and I blame that on developers, not on my OS. If they choose not to support me, they can eat it as far as I'm concerned. My PC still has a Windows partition for the stuff I really just can't live without, but as time goes by I get more and more used to not having it. Most of the stuff I need I've been able to get working with WINE, or found an alternative in the open-source community.
