Actually I am pleased there are a lot of whiners. It means people are *using* the OS, and it may drive development and improvement. I use Ubuntu exclusively, and I do believe its 'getting there'. If there were no users, no one would complain, and development could cease. We all hate the human theme, but we change it, to any number of different themes, or desktops come to that. What about the XP fisher price look? You have that, classic or windowblinds. We have Gnome, KDE or any number of alternatives, AND we can theme them. In short I believe a piece of softwares popularity can be measured by the amount of dissatisfaction with it!
