The real problem is that many children stopped playing outside and enjoying the park when they grew up. To busy to have fun playing outside, and working out isn't fun. Then they have children and are too scared to let their kids do very many outside activities unsupervised. let us not forget the laws that blame the parents of child neglect and endangerment when their kid decides to toss some zoo animals in the crocodiles enclosure.
