Thank God Newsweek exposed the dangers of the unwashed hoi poloi possibily getting power! If only the founders had the foresight to limit government to the upper, or superior, classes of people. Perhaps government service should require some form of approval by a board of University presidents or Editorial writers? Maybe we could devise a system with an "upper" house for the deserving, and a "lower" house representing the common people?
